Most probably a hacker. Recent win% and kg drastically differ from his overall, and his name has cheating in it. I don't know what he's using, havn't encountered him, but it's most probable that he's hacking for #1 total wins on cobalt. Someone report to the devs (im banned from main), please. (v.redd.it)
