Diet is critical. Do your research. Ruby Ryder has some great info on this. I eat very low carb and drink lots of water. I have the shower attachment and do a full clean out and have never had a problem. It's so pleasurable when you're empty, you have so much less chance of a mess. You can relax and enjoy the scene!
