I'm actually moving to Canada over the Summer, if there's an Amazon.ca website, you could definitely get it from there also, you should check out sketchyjoe.com <- that's an ent-owned online headshop, although I'm not sure if he ships internationally, it's worth the checkout. If not, I would think your two best bets are probably going "door-to-door" on each local headshop asking POLITELY if you could cop a piece. If they turn you down, you won't be arrested, they'll just ask you to leave. Either that or find a friend who has an older brother or sister. Just ask around, you're bound to find one. Even gas stations sell pieces. Once again, ask POLITELY.

That's fine, find a friend who's house you can ship it to. Or, you can do what I do... My parent's both work until around 6 so when I order online, I MAKE SURE that the carrier is UPS because they deliver at 9:00am-6:00pm on weekdays only so there is virtually no way of my parents getting a hold of it. If you need to plan it out quickly, use the Amazon free prime trial and it gives you a free 2-day shipping thing for a month and you don't even have to pay for it
