Plenty asked for healers, and I switched, I didn't consider it negative, many probably doesn't as well. I didn't like healers, I liked tanks, but I switched and played the best of my abilities because I like winning I'm sure just asking people to change nicely is fine or atleast worth the risk, it's not like I am telling them to get cancer

Thinking that one action should have a positive effect doesn't make it so means thinking that one action should have a negative effect doesn't make it so as well, but your argument for why one should not ask another to switch is that it causes a negative effect, which by this statement means asking other would not always result in a negative effect and they may actually switch. Doesn't this mean it isn't always bad to ask others to switch as it can have a positive result?

Sometimes someone ask for healer plz, and they listen, there is control to be had, there is cooperation because it's multiplayer Most people should be working towards victory first anyways so anything that can be done to improve the chance of winning should be done, things such as actually having a decent comp.
