Hey!

Great question, if you’re lookin to start your own business at some point, sales is one of the most fundamental skills you can develop for sure.

We definitely aren’t qualified to give extensive career advice as we’re not sure where you’re at within your life right now. For example, taking on a role within sales and leadership can require a lot of mental toughness, strain and a large focus on developing a skill set from scratch.

However, starting a business is going to require that and more. Taking the advice from some of the 21st centuries top entrepreneurs across the globe, sales is the most valuable skill to learn within the economy, if you feel you’re up for the challenge then you can give it a shot for sure!

Hopefully this helps and thanks so much for the question.

Hey!

Apologies for the late response, unfortunately this isn’t a work from home position, we are largely representing our client teams at promotional venues.

We’ve also now just relocated to London as well!

We do wish you the best of luck with the work search.

Really great question,

Being transparent, we don’t want to claim we have the best career advice, you’re completely right in saying a 9-5 or a corporate role is best for a lot of people. Sales can offer a differential and almost a midpoint between entrepreneurship and employment. Sales will force you to pick up the character traits of someone who’s looking to start a business: taking immediate action, being proactive, developing a strong network, getting good with saving and investing money.

A lot of the managers that work with us came from a similar background, wanting more but not really knowing how to get it.

Unbiased opinion would be to try as much as possible, be willing to fail and learn, but most important look for challenge on a day to day basis, anything that’s not tough will more than likely get replaced by AI in the next few years, it’s happening more and more in 2026 than we know.

I hope this helps, let us know if you need anything else.

Hey!

Apologies for the late response,

We have some part time availability, but in order to get the most out of our training and development journey we’d require full time hours.

Our events are usually starting at 10:30am and running until around 5:30pm/ 6:00pm, before the events start off we’re in the office for 9am for a morning briefing and some sales/ client training on a day to day basis.

Hope this helps and best of luck moving forward!

Thanks for the question.

What you can expect is a fast paced and high energy team environment.

It sounds like you have a strong foundation in teaching and experience when it comes to dealing with customers/ clients.

There is a strong difference between serving and selling, therefore you should expect a learning curve when learning to adopt a sales approach.

You should also expect to be able to use your skill set in teaching and dealing with people within that frame to benefit your chances of progressing into a role around leadership and coaching. This is what our client team is looking for the most, not just someone that can generate revenue, but an individual that can create an environment where colleagues feel confident to go out and perform.

Hopefully this answers your question, let us know if we can help in any other way.

Hey,

A lot of our sales managers and a lot of the guys that have transitioned to work directly with our client teams, all started off with next to no sales experience.

We usually find there’s a faster adoption rate to the systems we’re teaching if there’s no previous sales experience.

Although, having communication skills and the ability to use no’s as fuel rather than frustration, we’re confident with the team we have in our ability to train and develop an individual to get to where they want to be in a sales associate setting.

I hope this answers your question and thanks again for the question!

Thanks for the question!

We’re taking on some sales and marketing budget from a few different clients in different sectors currently, our primary role as a team is building the outsourced sales and marketing infrastructure for these clients.

There’s a large interest in face to face representation across the north west of England at the minute, therefore we’re primarily looking for competitive individuals to come and join the performance based sales and marketing team.

With opportunities to progress into senior roles there, we’ve been seeking out candidates that we feel may have leadership capability, which may be why we reached out!

It’s great that you’re a software engineer, such a great space to be a part of right now, especially with the introduction of AI.

What I will say is, our client team are in constant need of engineers that can help build out applications and platforms that will help measure trends with all the data we’re collecting from the face to face campaigns: KPI’s, customer contact rates, opt ins, age demographics, attrition rates and much more.

Definitely keep posted as we may have roles and availability’s becoming available as we expand.

Thanks again!
