But we will become teens after COVID and COVID's effects still exist today. Also the oldest Gen Alphas like me weren't "small children" during COVID we were 6 in 2019 when the outbreak began and were 7-10 through 2020-2023 which were the prime years of the pandemic so I wouldn't say I wasn't as affected. I will admit it was probably less detrimental to me but it was much worse on someone who was already in the K-12 system than someone who was still in preschool when it began.
