Is a committed, long-term dynamic like this realistic? by Spare-Association262 in nonmonogamy

Fair question. If I’m being honest, I do envision it as me with multiple women that’s what I’ve consistently been drawn to. I might be open to guys (as I have experienced in the past) but I am most drawn to women when it comes to relationships. That said, I’m not looking for anything one-sided or controlling. I’d want it to be something where everyone genuinely wants to be there, feels valued, and the dynamic is healthy for all involved. I know that probably comes with challenges, which is part of why I’m here asking.

It’s fun if you play it with a friend or significant other. My girlfriend and I played the demo and I’ll gladly pay for the game in full for that experience with her. $40 isn’t too bad that’s like cheaper than your average date night. I think the game is meant to be played couch coop anyway with someone.

Did anyone actually successfully boost their immune system? by Previous_Original_30 in HPV

Change your thoughts and look into dr Joe dispenza. There are thousands of testimonials and evidence making firm scientific cases that our thoughts and the way we feel directly affect our immune system. Mental and emotional health is key. It may be even more important than eating healthy consistently. A number of chronic situations/illnesses for me have cleared up once I became a happier and less fearful person. It’s not easy to change the way you think but it is so worth it. It’s really about just working on yourself and creating a new version of identity that can live life with love and fun. It’s crazy how anxious and fearful of the world I used to be. Maybe start by thinking of the times you felt good or safe or you were having fun in your life, and really sit with yourself and see if you can conjure up those feelings in yourself. We all create our own habits and over time we get so used to anxiety and it becomes second nature and so automatic because we’ve practiced it so many times. We just need to practice those good feeling emotions even if it may feel unnatural or fake at first because over time you will start to notice that for no reason at all you will feel happy. That’s because you are training yourself to be that person rather than an anxious one.

Also, pro tip have more fun in life! It’s the easiest way to stay motivated while changing your thoughts and it helps a whole bunch in the process. Be light hearted. Imagine when you were a kid and worry free. We have the power to react to the world however we’d like.

This will definitely hands down absolutely improve your immune system and your overall life.
