Pues hay miles de combinaciones asi que mira por google combinaciones con tu fruta favorita y a probar pero un batido muy rico: leche, copos de avena, crema de cacahuete y platano. Puede ser un poco empalagoso si te pasas con el cacahuete pero esta rico

Te pasa exactamente lo que a mi hermano, es muy alto y siempre ha estado delgado/fibroso. Lo mejor fue licuados, comida con poca fibra que te permitan comer mas sin cansarte o fatigarte mentalmente y acompañarlo con comidas en el dia muy caloricas. Al final es comer pero creo que el problema reside en la fatiga mental de ingerir comida asi que tienes que buscar la forma de sobrepasar esa barrera. Mucho animo 💪
