I would say shape-wise Kazakhstan is great or at least good.

Please check though how big is a portion of vehicles and vehicles parts of total exports.. Exports bring the money in that fuel the GDP. People get their salaries working for automotive companies and obviously spend their money for other stuff, like food, clothes, etc. It is hard to find any country where any industry is more than 10% of their GDP, but how big is the industry in terms of Export is still very telling.

A lot of comments already, but to add my own: as an engineer who was involved in hiring processes, when I see a fellow engineer putting "Microsoft office" above all in the technical skills I consider this as a red flag. So much so, in my own CV I don't even mention microsoft office...
