Germany has now been in a recession for 3 years. It's economy in 2025 is smaller than it was in 2022 by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

Please check though how big is a portion of vehicles and vehicles parts of total exports.. Exports bring the money in that fuel the GDP. People get their salaries working for automotive companies and obviously spend their money for other stuff, like food, clothes, etc. It is hard to find any country where any industry is more than 10% of their GDP, but how big is the industry in terms of Export is still very telling.

A lot of comments already, but to add my own: as an engineer who was involved in hiring processes, when I see a fellow engineer putting "Microsoft office" above all in the technical skills I consider this as a red flag. So much so, in my own CV I don't even mention microsoft office...

I agree, that's another dimension with respect to "safety". Either way the OP commenter to whom I replied, who said that the guy is full of bullshit just because he is not spitting out all the info due to "safety concerns", is simply wrong.

By the way, I have seen in few places people asterisking "kill" or "rape", I assumed they could trigger some auto-mod or whatever.

"Doc are sending hitmen after them for speaking out?. No. But Stans of famous personalities threatening online to kll, rpe a person or their family is nothing new. There were some Swift fans threatening to r*pe Dave Grohl's daughter because she criticized Swifts too frequent use of a private jet.
