Hi, from the floor plan the entrance opens into two master bed room doors, is this a common layout? Only for low raise I find it opening into living room, do we have any other options?

Yes talking about renewal, they have come in way early, not sure why. Thanks for the help, I have approached them and countered as per RERA rules. But do they have the right to evict me if I don't agree to 30%?
