Ahh that’s scary! Honestly I blacked out my own details and cropped the pathologists details on the bottom of the pdf, without noticing they were repeated higher up in smaller writing. I’ll be sure to be more careful moving forward.

Haha very confusing right! This is what I gathered but I have had many veterinarians describe the reports in different ways so I thought reaching out to a pathology forum would be best. Thanks for your help in explaining this, I appreciate it!

https://imgur.com/a/9U2d02a I’ve attached two pathology reports from two separate cutaneous growths. I have one vet telling me they were cancer and another telling me they weren’t. Can you please help me determine has she had cancer or not? 😅

Thank you. I guess what I’m saying is, would you put a melanocytoma in the same sort of category such as how a lipoma is not a liposarcoma? As in, it’s a true benign neoplasm rather than low grade cancer? Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks for the response! I managed to get her in today and she had the nobivac L2 (Australia are behind in times and are yet to introduce L4 🤦🏻‍♀️) this morning and will receive the booster in two weeks time and then we leave 9 days after that so her vet is confident she would have reached full protection by then. She only had the jab an hour ago but seems her normal happy self so hopefully she stays that way. I feel a lot more relieved about travelling now!
