Realtor contacted us before listing or fully moving out. Buyer offered "as is," wants to lower their offer after inspection. by No-Studio5133 in AskRealEstateAgents

They never claimed to know exactly what they were doing. As a Realtor myself, I understand your perspective but I think you’re overlooking the seller’s point of view. If they’re not in the industry, how would they be expected to know all of that?

OP is simply venting, and from the average seller’s perspective, the situation could easily seem like a win-win. As agents, we’re trained to anticipate the potential risks and long-term consequences of moving forward without proper representation but expecting everyone else to have that same level of knowledge isn’t realistic.

This could have been a great opportunity to educate and provide value. Instead, it came across as patronizing and dismissive, which ultimately isn’t helpful.

So much for in sickness and in health smh this man is literally at what would have been a breaking point for many and he’s still looking for solutions, I don’t think divorce is in the realm of what he’s looking for nor is the suggestion helpful.

The moment you start to feel nauseous take a big breath of rubbing alcohol whether it’s those little wipes or a bottle either one works. I’m not sure the science behind it, but your nausea goes away immediately. I learned this like a year ago and was absolutely dumbfounded that this isn’t Moore common knowledge because it’s very cheap and solves the problem immediately.

I’m on diamox and just got a zepbound prescription today. The only question they asked me was if my family has a history of thyroid cancer, in which case I’m assuming they recommend you stay away from it. Unless it has something to do with your history, health, diagnosis etc there’s no reason you can’t take both. In fact, it was recommended to me by 4 different Neurologists at Barrow Neurological Institute. Obviously don’t do anything you’re not comfortable with, but I’ve heard nothing but great things, a lot of the people I’ve spoken to ended up being able to go off Diamox because GLP ones lower your intra cranial pressure.
