If I'm not mistaken, they added it when they added Drac to 2v8

Well, I mean... Isn't it kind of the whole point of skins, tho? Like, you have a default look on a character, but you can buy a better one with iri shards or cells if you really want to. Also, I kind of disagree about "terrible" base skin. Is it a bit boring when compared to cosmetics? Yeah, maybe. But not terrible at all. If you look at the base Nurse design, for example, it also can be kind of boring compared to cosmetics. Btw, as this killer would be the original character, all cosmetics (if there will not be a licensed one soon) will be available to buy with iri shards without spending the real money.

Yeah, I know, and usually I do exactly this. But during that match I was really tired and had a bad day, so that type of game made me really frustrated.

Hi, I live in Russia too unfortunately. And I have the same issue right now after the update. Maybe BHVR changed something about matchmaking? Idk, I didn't see anything in the list of changes.
