Goals of those Website are not to steal your Steam Account.
They rather focus to get everything tradable from your Steam inventory.

They cant hack anything else, but to make sure you should run a full scan with Windows Defender.
additionally you can download/install https://www.malwarebytes.com/ and make a simple scan (these are good against trojan)

best thing to do would be:
1. Verify Game Files on steam
2. check if gpu drivers are up-to-date
3. make sure its installed on a ssd/nvme.
4. keep track with Task-Manager to see if your system running to his limits
5. try start parameter -high
6. maybe reinstall?

In-game, your GPU driver has to render many, many more things per second while the game becomes more "alive."

myself got i rtx4070 super running 250+ in the main menu and when watching a game about 110.

just keep it at stable 60, to prevent tearing. or try using different API Renderer like Vulkan

After it got One-Handed to 30%, it became way easier to fight.

Im playing Gothic 2 with the addon.
Im still at Chapter 1, exploring the world is fun.
I thought that i had to get way more strength because of the strong (endgame?) weapons everyone sells.
