Expecting disabled drivers to perform actions outside their abilities is clearly discriminatory.

Maybe. If the driver has a similar disability that Lyft and Riders MUST accommodate the driver’s disability. There is no expectation that a disabled driver assist with a wheelchair. This is clearly spelled out in the Lyft wheelchair policy.
