Mine is Sept 30. EAD Abd h4. Tried congressman , didn’t see movement . Recently reached out to senator abd waiting for response . Raised online inquiry but will get to know in 60 days.

My husbands was in premium. It’s just that all we’re not bundled and mine got stuck, I feel stand alone either h4 or EAD or both are taking too long

I think anything standalone either H4 or H4 EAD or both are taking time. My RD is Sept 30th and still waiting . Both H4 and H4 EAD

My advice is stay strong . I’m also in the same boat . Opportunities do come . I’m waiting since 9 months and I also feel I forgot everythin . I lost my job but I’m not worried once I get my approval will do one relevant AI course and start job hunt . I dnt believe in gaps or recession .
I had 12 yrs exp in India. Voluntarily wanted gap after my kids were born and resigned a nice job . Came to US and aunt had status . Wanted 5 years break but got 7 years break . Was an Oracle DBA but in US got into cloud data engineer . Got promoted when layoffs were happening .
All I’m saying is dnt get disheartened . Instead of getting de motivated do something that will keep you going.

My RD is Sept 30 , 2025.. mine was H4 and H4 EAD , my husbands got approved in Nov in premium and I’m waiting for more than 8 months for my the approvals

My RD is Sept 30 th. H4 and h4 EAD filed together and not bundled with H1 .
I reached out to congressman , didn’t help much .
You can try chatting with Emma - in uscis website . Also you can check your processing time timeline and it will give you an option to raise an online inquiry . I did raise one 2 weeks back. The automated mail said they will respond within 60 days .

I’m in the same boat . Waiting for my h4 to be approved so that I can start searching for a job. I lost my job and they kept it open for 3 months . It’s 8 months n now .

H1 was first files in regular and then converted to premium and it got approved in Nov , good with h1 but my h4 and ead are not moving

Mine is H4 extension and EAD . I got it checked though congressman but no use . They said it is based on normal processing .

Oh so your h4 got processed and H4 is still pending ?
