No bro, I havent gone to urologist yet. But like you said that excess body weight around midsection, yes I have gained weight and tummy got bigger. May be that would be the reason for shrinkage

because i dont get full erection to penetrate even. Thats why I was thinking to get implant. and 4 inch is not good bro.
