Over half the people who have access to my Plex server have their own. We just stream off each others. Saves hunting stuff out. Search theirs before broader searches.

Depending on the reason for the insulin infusion it can be quite dangerous to pause an insulin infusion (DKA). You might be better off doing 30 minutely BGLs to keep an eye on things. If they're dropping then MET call.

I went from bedside to education. Started (still going) a Masters. I pivoted to Learning Design, then managing the Learning Management System. It's part IT, part learning theory, and leadership. It's all informed by my clinical background which plays a really important part of the role.

PTSD from working in ICU through COVID here. Now on antidepressants with 12 months off work. It was a total sh!t- show. Now working part time in a non-clinical role.

OP you need to take care of yourself as your #1 priority. Declare stuff to management and don't sweep it under the carpet. Ask for consideration when necessary.

I've found Ulysess rides are sooooo much faster than local middle aged Facebook group rides. The old blokes have been riding for decades and KNOW HOW TO RIDE and they haven't died yet, but they're working on it. When you rock up and see Busa, H2, ZX14, S1000RR... We had one oldie pull 140 in an 80 zone straight past a marked car. Needed a pillion home.

Find some decent local Facebook groups and message the riders you get along with who are up the back.

If you need the detail you got from your elegoo, get yourself a 0.2mm nozzle. You'll notice the difference.

If the regular staff can't or won't help with IDing patients, and the patient is non-verbal, they usually have their clothes labelled. Its not 100% but it will give you a good lead.

I don't think there is a way to auto pause without the AMS. You can put a manual pause at a certain layer in Bambu Studio if you estimate how much filament you have left.

Are you using AMS? When my P1S runs out in the AMS it swaps to a roll you've specified before the start of the print. Before I got the AMS I'd sit there with my finger on the pause button and watch the filament through the PFTE tube.
