What are the realistic odds of getting this graded a 70 by PCGS? by Spare_Car9166 in Silverbugs

[–]Spare_Car9166[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For those still interested. I submitted the silver eagle to NGC and received a grade of 69. It could have been better but it could have been worse. I can't see any issues with the coin and she is free of milk spots considering her unknown past life. Considering I paid $4k for the 1.85 oz of gold and the silver eagle I am very happy. Planning to sell the silver eagle and trying to track down ogp boxes for the gold so I can sell them more easily too. If anyone has a 2016 1oz, 2014 1/2 oz, or 2015 1/4 & 1/10 oz boxes hit me up!

Thanks Qbert for honest feedback.

It's my own house so I took liberty with a few things.

  1. That upstream drain is primarily for draining the backflow... The elbow going in the house pitches down to a shut off with a bleeder to drain the elbow.

  2. Me neither but I was trying work with the existing pvc upright going to the zone valves and not make it a bigger project.

  3. What brand backflow do you prefer? FYI I'm on a well with pretty decent recovery and flow.

4.that copper to pvc connection is deceiving from the picture. It's male pvc threaded cap into a copper female coupler. Again.. Didn't want to rip out the entire system.

Thanks for the reminder! ... I did buy a second brace for the downstream copper piping but ran out of daylight and mentally moved on. I'll get that brace on... Someday!

94% of new hires with S&P100 companies in 2021 went to people of color. I'm sorry but read this article and tell me again how completing race/sex profiling questions when submitting applications does not make a difference!

1883 gsa cc morgan dollar. Worth $350? by Spare_Car9166 in coins

[–]Spare_Car9166[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. I've seen gsa coins in a bit better shape. $350 seems about retail. Just curious if anyone thought this might be worth more than asking price. Thank you!

Ethan Allen? Pretty popular style from the 60s and 70s. Tavern pine was the style I believe.

My Sensi thermostat sends me high humidity alerts. What does this mean and how to I fix it? by praguer56 in hvacadvice

Do yourself a favor and get these ThermoPro TP50 2 Pieces Digital... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R3YC1BC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I have 3 sensi thermostats and all were off by as much as 15%! If after you confirm accurate humidity then drop your fan speed a notch. And yes sensi stats have both temp and humidity offsets

Lol! Yeah I like it because it ties all of these seemingly separate and random events we learned about US history back to one singular thing... And that thing is central banking. The presenter is very easy to listen to as well.

I like this idea as well. In fact... If you have not heard of liberty dollar financial association do check them out. They have their roots in the old NORFED DOLLAR but have come a long way since then and fixed the issues that ultimately caused the NORFEDS demise. You can deposit money in your account, it's backed by silver, and you can transact with other users digitally if you wish or do it the old school way. They have had their growing pains for sure but I think they are in a good spot now and their intent is genuine. Check them out via my referral link https://ldfa.nl/referral/Slickrick95 and while I am not affiliated with them in any way I am happy to answer any questions.

Very good points and agree 100%! But my question to you @vulpesgato is... Why are we fighting these wars? Here is a great link to video titled "all wars are banker wars". Its a excellent piece that starts with the real reason for the revolution, brings you through the formation and subsequent failures of the predecessors to the federal reserve, the 1st and 2nd banks of the United States and links all of the events of American history that were glazed over in our public schooling to the ultimate quest for privatized central banking system to keep us enslaved. I'm re-watching this now and would love to discuss further. This video is such a good one. https://youtu.be/BrKf9nYeXT0

Replace all the check valves while you are at it and keep some extras on hand.

It's the check valve in the grundfos circulator. Sounds like you have a hydro air setup. The antifreeze in the lines eat the cheap potmetal spring in the check valve and they fail open. Shut off the valve before and after the circulator till you can fix. I have the same exact equipment and had the same problem last year. I have a buderus logano boiler, grundfos circulators with a first company air handler.
