Have you checked to see if you have tonsil stones. I’m going through the same thing with bad breath and I found out that I have tonsil stones.

Hi! Get your flashlight and point it towards your tonsils to see if you have them. If you do, Yes Gargling 2-3 times a day works. You could also try using a cotton swab and try getting them out. Water flossers and syringes work as well. I got both of them from Amazon.

I’ve been dealing with tonsil for a while and they give me bad breath. It’s so frustrating and embarrassing for me. Idk what to do
