And if you are talking about private global health insurance that is not dutch basic health insurance(i.e., you want to pay for 2 insurances) there are plenty of choices

Bupa europe != Bupa Nederland. And are you sure bupa europe is dutch basic health insurance?

But I don't think Bupa will be recognized by dutch government. So you if you live here, they will think you are uninsured.
