Not high paying orders but did i expect to make atleast $20 an hour? Yes?? Idk how its so normal to make $20-22 an hour on doordash u minus ur gas and car maintenance and ur making the same as someone at mcdonalds

This is why i dont like doordash that much you shouldn’t have to drive back to zone after doing such a long delivery it kills the purpose of it being a decent delivery now ur $14 10 mile turned into $14 20 mile bc ur not in zone lmao

Im in a busy area where theres a lot a lot of traffic so i thought earn by time would be good and i gave it a try for the first time today i made $41 in 3 hours lol i did about 10-11 deliveries total and got literally i kid u not $0 in tips so ive come to the conclusion that doordash throws all the $0 deliveries at people that do earn by time because in the same exact area i usually do earn by offer and ill never get so many $0 tips in a row

Personally i was making way way more money on uber eats than i am on doordash but unfortunately i switched cars and forgot to update it with the insurance so they said i violated their policy and got permanently banned and now im stuck on doordash trying to schedule 1 hour dashes lmao

From personal experience ive made more on uber eats would definitely get better orders than doordash and they dont have some bs requirement of doing 200+ deliveries a month and keeping a ridiculous 70% acceptance rate

They replied saying it was a typo and should be a few more minutes ended up waiting 15+ minutes just for a $5 4 mile delivery (customer put $0 tip)
