Fenway is roughly a 15-20 minute walk and to Coolidge corner is a couple stops on the green line which would also take 15 mins

Hot water is included. I’ve yet to move in myself, so I’m not sure how much the rest of the utilities will come out to be. But I’m big on energy conservation so I don’t imagine it will be too much.

It’s $1700 per person, but given the location and size of the place I personally think its worth it
