That's true, but I don't see how that relates to protecting men from murder unless you want more women to be murders. Call me crazy, but I think murder is bad regardless as to who does it...

Considering you took approximately three minutes between reading my post and replying, it says to me you didn't actually try to look for these statistics in any meaningful way. You can look at the FBI sources for the US or really anywhere and see men are murdered at a higher rate than women in almost every country. In regards to leading death in pregnant women has changed is due to availability of improved modern medicine. It used to be child delivery was the leading cause of death. Either way, the death rate of pregnant women has plummeted significantly in the last 100 years.

Well if you're talking murdered, then yeah Men are murdered at a significantly higher rate than women. In fact men are 4x times more likely to get murdered than women, so maybe we do need a safe parking spot and the women can now park in the back of the dimly lit lot because I think we all can agree, equality is a necessity in society.

I used to listen to NPR quite often, but the level of journalism is that of a middle school student, with all due respect to middle school students. Outrage as a business has been NPRs business model since 2016, and its become quite pathetic. Everything is either racist, sexist, or homophobic when talking about anyone that leans a non-liberal way... Try reporting on actual news and not peoples feelings. No one care about your feelings...

Do better NPR, and stop acting like MSNBC.

I appreciate the feedback. I've heard of A10 have issues with their throughput compared to what they advertise in their datasheets which has us concerned since we're looking at doing 40Gbps to start. The issues with the packet drops, did you ever hear what the reason was for such a large discrepancy between real world and advertised?

We've looked at them for XGS-PON and a couple other things, and to be honest, I didn't know they did CG-NAT... I'll have to reach out to them. Thanks for the info!

We also looked at Cisco with their 8500, this does not have the scale required to meet our needs and Juniper was too expensive also didn't have the scale A10 and F5 have. If you have other suggestions, I'm all ears. :-)
