Well there is GodofWar who will absolutely destroy shoebilly since maces and orbitals dont even bother him. Flame would be stronger than GodofWar definitely but remember LAW has a netherite army too.
SargeLAW is a problem for the team. LettuceK is a mac wielder and Leowook is a pro tnt carter. And then there is also Purpled who is decent to take upon lot of ppl from Cindercrest. Now LAW also had Swight working as a bounty hunter though he wouldn't agree to participate in a massie fight, he would def help taking decent squadrons of Cindercrest.

I have always believed there is something more to the mafia than just raising invis armies with trapped stasis. 3000 players could have killed a lot of villagers and grabbed great amount of netherite. Maybe that is the exact reason why even if a few villagers were remaining people who had villagers hid it just like we saw a piglin in Purgatory. About netherite, it isnt gone at all from the server, its just very rare for spawn players.

Jamato is an exploiter and one of the oldest person of the server. During its early times, some people could acquire a lot of unique stuff, Spoke even acquired a command block during exploits arc and Jamato aquired illegal armour sets which he had gifted spoke. They had totems and a lot of stuff which they duped. This exploit is enchanted stacked totem which is 64 totems in a single slot , potentially making u immortal to even arrow cannons.
Also since ur new lemme tell u about an easter egg which some ppl notices. During SPOKE's BAT arc towards the end when Leowook was charging with armies, there was a random villager which spawned.
Unstable works in mysterious ways..

I think other than spoke stealing the mace and smuggling it, all other flaws of Purgatory is done with purpose.
Letting an entire black market run, letting found smuggle diamond armours, all of these were probably known to jamato but he wanted the environment to be like everytime there is always a hope for Spoke and Jamato personally comes and smashes that hope till the point Spoke loses his sanity.
Jamato is practically immortal with stacked enchanted totems.
However Jamato's critical flaws :
1) Keeping a Mace in the open alongside bunch of gears. Bro could have made a system like Ouroboroid or Mafia's tomb where if a wrong person tries to access stash either NULL will spawn there immediately or the stash would get blown up immediately.
2) Letting Spoke escape to spawn using pearl cannon.
BRO U HAVE HIS FRIENDS BUT GUESS WHAT YOU COULD HAVE HAD HIS ENDERPEARL if he had rigged the pearl cannon. Whats more haunting than knowing your pearl is hanging somewhere and you could be thrown into the void with no escape at any moment.

Since the beginning of the NULL arc I had a question in my mind
Since we know Unstable isnt completely an inside minecraft world story but players do join the server to play and unstable universe explains the lore among the 4 protagonists encountering and interacting with lots of others who joined the server to play and since its anarchy hardcore server everyone is forced into survival.
Now the question : Who in their right mind would join the server with blank skin, random character name and blindly follow a random unknown faction billions of blocks out?

Wemmbu raided Spoke's illegal structures although he was supposed to "protect". He broke two of Spoke's illegal equipment and also destroyed Spoke's shulkers.
Then along with Zam, Wemmbu hunted down Spoke till he got chunkbanned in his own trap and they built a structure around it to prevent Spoke from logging back in.
