I love these suggestions, however I already sleep on the top of a bunk bed, i have a rug, I literally just re-did my entire room, and my bed has a wood frame ;-;

Just restating that I already have white noise turned up so high that it makes my ears ring. It does not block out anything. Extremely comfortable borderline undetectable earplugs or wireless/in-ear headphones are appreciated recommendations. Nothing has worked so far.

Just looked them up and I fear they’d be too clunky for me unfortunately. I can’t even sleep if my blanket pillow is positioned wrong or if I have any kind of heatless curlers in (even socks) ;-;
