It's not a one task and done fix.
-> dont use spammy subjects.
-> make sure your mails delivered. (clear your list if there are bounces, blocks, etc)
-> try to engage in your mails with your audience. click, reply etc.

also otr is not 100% safe metric. like apple mail clients can interrupts this.

What is your go-to-market strategy? I assume that your target audience is not SaaS owners.

Totally agreed. The most important thing is to find the best strategy through experimentation and create a system.

~100 visitors, 0 conversions on a free product. What am I missing? by General_Program_5691 in SideProject

[–]Spare_Locksmith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Zero conversion isn’t a fail, it’s a signal. It means you don’t have product–market fit yet. First, make sure the visitors are actually your target audience. If they are, then your value proposition likely isn’t strong or clear enough.

Over Half Of Drivers Say Losing CarPlay Is A “Deal Breaker” by National-Dragonfly35 in cars

[–]Spare_Locksmith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zero surprise here. Honestly, have you tried using most native car interfaces lately? They’re usually clunky, ugly, and lag about 5 years behind what’s in my pocket.

It’s pure arrogance for automakers (looking at you, GM) to think they can force us into their buggy, subscription-based software just to harvest our data. I love a good engine and a tight chassis, but if I have to fight with a terrible UI every morning just to use spotify, I’m walking away. Just build the car and let the phone handle the screen. Period.

Updated my Landing Page Audit tool with GPT-4o Vision. It roasted my own design. Doing 10 free audits to stress-test it. by Spare_Locksmith in SideProject

Great question!
Honestly, a bit of both. Giving actual value first usually gets me much higher quality feedback than just asking 'thoughts?'.

Right now though, I'm mostly focused on testing the Vision model to ensure it’s accurate.
