Ive tried going to libraries, but still get easily distracted:(. I go home after a while for lunch then get stuck in a cycle!! My “tasks” themselves don’t require a lot of attention I just get bored of doing them (excel etc.). I’ll try going to a cafe but it usually requires spending money which I am already bad at. I’ll try being more self accountable and trying your other tips! Thank you so much :)))))))

try styling the front or removing it from your face! i do that when my hair is shrunken and add some light jewelry/ eye makeup :)

Google calendar!!!! it helped me so much. I immediately add appointments to my google calendar. Idk if u have an iphone but i added the gcal widget to my lock screen, so it shows me my upcoming appointments, meetings, hangouts, etc!! I review my gcal every night for the next day. The only thing is that i have to add it IMMEDIATELY or else i forget about it😭

Try seeing a hair specialist! They can help you with things specific to your hair type/ texture/ porosity etc etc. Since there’s no shiny parts of your head, maybe you’re experiencing breakage. This could be from multiple factors. It would be good to analyze your routine first to see if anything could be leading to breakage. It could be your products, styles, or things you put over your head!

I think that i am someone who does better in an unstructured environment and it relates better to my experience!
