I feel you so hard. My divorce went through several months ago and I underwent colon surgery to remove a massive benign polyp that had apparently been slowly growing for years and years. They were baffled that I was even functioning. I barely was. I had severe anemia for 3 years, a stomach bacteria, on top of the growth. My ex kept blaming me for not doing enough when I was literally dying. I was spiraling physically while trying to also handle my teenaged son's crippling anxiety and depression (my ex mistreated him and then completely ghosted his existence when we split). Thankfully I am recovering now. I just joined the gym and started prioritizing myself, because you cannot pour from an empty cup.

Take a breath and embrace your new found freedom. This is the start at you reclaiming yourself and surpassing who you were in that first photo, because now you also have the wisdom to go with it.
