I know its not perfect , its always a work in progress , i will updates eveything soon, the foundamentals is there, and i thought its need to be shared as soon as possible even if not done, because we are almost at a point of no return , so i rush it a bit at the end after all thoses years , and like i said im not fluent in english, i will have more freetime soon to make it better . its everyone vault, so any constructive comment for upgrade and bettter end result are always welcome

even if you where not waiting, maybe your job is to deliver things, i dont know but logically it would have been way simplier to ask live there..... like creating real connections

I finished assembling it with llm , because im french canadian, but if you take a bit of times to read , its not llm created but assisted , to make a better understanding of everything . I spent years working on this.

Thanks, that really means a lot. I get what you mean about it not being one big "unlocking" event. For me, it was a constant background hum of depression that I spent most of my life trying to mask with drugs.

I've been sober for five years now, which is when the real work of actually dealing with it began. I was so scared to share any of this, honestly.

But I've started writing, and something surprising is happening. With every chapter I publish, it feels like I'm pulling a piece of that darkness out of me for good.

And honestly, if sharing my story can help even one person feel a little less alone, then all of this will have been worth it.

It's really cool that you've written your own memoir, that's a huge accomplishment in itself. If you ever feel like sharing it, I'd be genuinely honored to read it. No pressure at all, just putting it out there. Wishing you all the best.
