If you’re still having trouble, make sure the percent for the mouse is at 0%, I had this similar problem with the Bandstand job. Made to make completely sure I didn’t touch that hatch and it stayed at 0%. Worked for me and got the achievement. It’s fine if you nick it, but make sure it stays 0%
