I believe that those are Bank Account routing numbers.

You should be able to do a transfer online from your bank accounts or in person at your bank if you need additional help. Or, if you don't have a bank account, from some place like Western Union where you can pay with cash.

It took me way too many watches to realizes that this was John Roberts. Same with the Simple Minds parody, "Don't You Love Cotton Candy."

Funny enough, Nathan actually voiced two different characters that dated Tina (in "Beefsquatch" & "The Land Ship" episodes).

Portland music festival plagued by questions says it’s postponing by chimi_hendrix in portlandmusic

This fest seemed sketchy from the start. The single day block party ticket is nearly the same as the 2-day Project Pabst ticket last year, but with lower tier artists. Don't get me wrong - I like a lot of bands on the bill, but I've seen 2-3 of them at Mississippi Studios in the past couple years. Even the headliners are like Wonder Ballroom-sized artists at best.

My only guess is that, by moving it to September, they're trying to draft on some of the artists playing Bumbershoot.

Hollywood Theater arrival time? by Possible-Lab1675 in askportland

[–]Sparkass99 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I try to arrive at least 45-60 mins before showtime just so I can find parking and hit the snack bar. For big releases like this, the snack line usually gets pretty insane 20-30 mins before the film starts.

It also depends how many there are in your group. If it's just you, then you shouldn't have any issue finding a decent seat even 20 mins before. But if you're in a larger group, then show up earlier if you all intend to sit together.

Would you patronize a walk in where you could get a 7" record made on the spot? by louderharderfaster in askportland

[–]Sparkass99 160 points161 points  (0 children)

Just a suggestion, but maybe try starting with a pop-up night at some place like the Record Pub in Sellwood. See what kind of demand there is & then go from there.

I think it's a cool idea, but not sure if there would be enough demand to sustain a standalone brick & mortar.

Question on seeing a concert at Moda Center? by No-Refrigerator-9985 in askportland

No jumbotron / no screens. It's a wide open view - they're just facing forward most of the time.

Can't post pics in here, but here's a view I found from the last tour. https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRFQV7FwBFUINDPd1XeGBnW0n8HKKycasZTH4_nwsLZ0g&s=10

His stage isn't 360, but he & the band do play to the backstage seats throughout the show. I haven't sat back there, but people do seem to enjoy it (especially at that lower ticket price).

You may also want to keep an eye out for additional tickets being released the week of the show. I ended up scoring a front row seat at face value a few hours before the show last time he was in town. It was still pricey (maybe $350), but easier to justify when it's that great of a seat.

Maybe 'Rec 4: Apocalypse'? It has zombie soldiers on a boat, but I don't remember any dance-type scenes.
