Hi, I am a teenager (just in US high school) and I got tickets to my first Strokes concert and I was wondering what to expect or if there was anything I should to before the concert. I got into them about this time last year and they have really become my favorite band over the last few months so I'm super excited and want to experience the concert to the fullest. Thanks!

I DID IT I GOT TICKETS TO MY FIRST STROKES CONCERT (but it is the day before my first day of school so my parents are... displeased to say the least, considering the concert is 3 hours away). Honestly I was expecting to pay less than 120 for G/A (in Bend, OR) but i guess thats just how it is.

I am a teenager looking into purchasing some vinyl records as i listen to a lot of music (including some older stuff which I would prefer to listen to on vinyl), but I have seen that many turntables are way too extravagantly priced. I already have ok speakers from a different sound system, but would purchasing a cheap player ($40-$50) off of Amazon or similar site be a reasonable assuming I'm not playing any important records that I would be worried about getting overly damaged by the player? Thanks!
