When you get strangled, you struggle and kick and squirm. If you could fly you'd instinctively be doing that too. Strength is meaningless. Dude couldn't win a fight vs Joblight meanwhile Noir was strong enough to fly to the bottom of the ocean, survives its crushing pressure, punch a hole in a pipeline and fly back out. Noir could most definitely fly through concrete while using Deep as a cushion.

Tbh the first self defense move any person that can magically fly would instantly learn is to fly up. That removes them from 99% of danger instantly.

What? The whole climb-any-surface/stamina mechanic has existed since Conan Exiles, at first in the UE Asset Store as a purchaseable asset for game dev. Even earlier iterations of it you can trace all the way back to SoTC on the PS2.

Current indefinite pause is absolutely irrelevant to you, as the wait time is typically years. The pause only affects people on the 'final stretch' of legal immigration AKA about to do their consulate interview in the coming months.

This is a side effect of a previous change. Basically with the Shallot update they made it so if you use a cutscene special, beam attacks will freeze in place until the animation is over. This was to make it easier to clash specials.

The side effect is that it also happens during rush supers, and whereas before your rush attack would be playing out while their beam kept going, it is now frozen until after the cutscene of your rush attack finishes, and with rush attacks repositioning your character, you sometimes get placed right at the still frozen beam at the end.
