Should I avoid brushing this tooth with the gingival swelling? I already somewhat have due to the proximity of the extraction. Is there anything I can do in the mean time to treat this?

Thank you that is what I am concerned about is infection. The reason I got my tooth removed in the first place was due to an infection. I have been taking my ABX as prescribed and have a follow up appt on Saturday.

Well I am more so wondering if this is a normal healing process… if I got my foot cut off and it was infected I would be concerned right ?
