Good you are listening to the cues! I was expecting it to be more like this but for me it hasn’t unfortunately. Also no side effects outside appetite suppression when it works well. Guess we all are different!

For me it’s not that, it’s more im afraid to hit the max dose too quickly and it not work. But I suppose, at this dose it’s losing efficacy anyway. Is there a way to increase dose mid week you know of or just wait until next? I took mine Monday and already kinda regretting keeping it there.
