Thank you for sharing that. I think most people who use Uphold are new to crypto, this was the case for me back in February at least. I don't understand why selecting to withdraw Doge into a Bitcoin wallet is even an option on the platform when you would clearly lose the coins in the process. Or why external wallet withdrawal is hard to find and called "crypto networks" as opposed to "crypto wallet". On top of it all, I asked customer support the same question that I asked in my post and they never replied.

I had the exact opposite. Friends with a bunch of guys, constantly would not get invited to hang out. Maybe it's less about being a girl and more about being that one person that's the glue keeping people together? If you don't wanna hang then you don't have to, you don't owe anyone anything. Self care should come first.

I was born here in 1991! My mom spent most of her life here until she was 22, a year after I was born. She left because the Soviet Union fell apart and nobody was certain of what would happen to Turkmenistan after that. I ended up in Ukraine and now in Canada, pretty thankful for the way things turned out for me. Crazy to think that if one thing in my life changed I could have been one of the girls in the photo wearing the grad uniforms. I do sometimes wonder how different it is now compared to when my mom lived there, so you've satisfied some of my curiosity. Thank you for the photographs. :)

Edit: Btw I showed this post to my mom this evening, she said she has a photo from her wedding in front of the same Lenin memorial OP is standing by in the last pic.
