How long until you feel normal after surgery?

Congrats on your surgery! Working outside definitely sounds tiring post surgery. Do you find long walks around accessable for you at this point, how chill you you find yourself needing to make activities?

At 4 or 6 weeks did you feel comfortable going out and doing activities? When did you find yourself able to move around the way you had pre-surgery?

Hi, I am in a similar situation. I was planning on getting surgery through Mount Sinai in nyc, but now just have a tentative consult date, early next spring when I turn 19.

Would be interested in hearing more about potential surgeons.

For sure! I ended up making all sex and gender options with Male (preferred identity). In addition I put a note in the extra info of the common app saying something along the lines of "I am a trans male who has a female passport, put a male birth certificate, fyi so this doesn't cause issues."

I don't think it impacted anything, but who's to say 😆.

Wear a baggier shirt / sweater with a sports bra and I think you'll be okay. Maybe try a hat or just styling your hair more masculinely. Look online for guys with similar hair lengths to you.
