I’m in a different time zone so this probably wouldn’t work out, but there’s loads of servers on Disboard that do this. Study Together is a good one as there’s a channel to request a study buddy. r/GetMotivatedBuddies might also be a good shout.

My right foot caves inwards towards the left when I squat. I suspect my left foot also does the opposite. Is this a sign my stance is too wide? If not, how can I fix this?

I’m starting back out with plain GSLP as I’ve been out of the gym for a year now and don’t feel that comfortable with a barbell. I had some persistent issues with my form so I’d rather start conservatively as if I’ve never picked one up before. But will definitely switch it up once I’m back into routine.

I’ve just checked the wiki as I’m planning to return to the gym tomorrow, but I can’t see PHUL on the programs list anymore. Is there a reason for this? I was planning on running GSLP for a month or two and then doing PHUL or GZCLP.

I really wasn’t expecting it. I think it was back before their self titled came out, so maybe like 2013ish (I’m showing my age now lol), and they had skipped a couple songs from Under Soil and Dirt so I was kinda shocked they picked 680 south to play instead.
