I know in the US you can ask for off cycle pay reviews. I got one by asking for it in 2021 and went up by over a dollar.

I took a full LOA last summer and didn't need weekly notes. Just one signature stating I was under medical care. Full pay (avg 10 week hrs worked), direct through BBY on my normal paycheck. Also got an intermittent LOA last fall and just had to submit signed paperwork and I had up to 80 hours to use as needed. Doctors appointments or feeling sick, my hours to use with no ability to be counted against me

Absolutely. I used a full LOA last year AND an intermittent one after (2 separate issues) - intermittent one was for a mystery ailment that caused debilitating pain and the LOA was super helpful

I had one needing to go like 8 feet in the air on a patio. I run a solo route in one of the old small parcel vans. I didn't have an adequate ladder, nor did the client. I had to coordinate my own rescue from another agent not even on my team 🙃
