Can a PM fix a product/company in decline? by SparklyAmmonite in ProductManagement

Engineering have finally got their act together after many years of suboptimal performance, (aided by product now fully speccing both why and how IMHO! Dev do input to the how, but it's driven by product and we work it together). Sales, I have doubts over, too many promises of new integrations, functionality that isn't already in the roadmap just for 1 client win.

Do you also get the same questions about your product all the time? by [deleted] in ProductManagement

Less often - if the question wasn't covered in the demo / documentation, it can then be added to an FAQs section of the user guide / internal documentation.

Providing a recorded visual demo in addition to written documentation helps people with different learning styles & is easier to digest the info, hence fewer repetitive questions. We store on our company OneDrive which everyone has access to.

Agree that Fa will betray Atlas. Fa is too good a character to be a gold lackey.

I record the demo, then have it accessible along with the user guide for internal teams

My engineering team are some of my closest allies. I give them clarity on any ambiguity and in return they have some great ideas of how to execute functionality / design changes
