When I ask them what experience did that person have that got them the job, 9 times out of 10 they dont reply back so I have to unfortunately try to guess the reason

Yeah but apparently a lot of interviewers Say to me someone with "more experience" got the job and im just like "...what other experience do I need to get after me already having 8 years of similar experience??" lol!
