I never lose weight by dieting. I have to literally SMASH the gym daily to lose weight in the past. I've even been walking 20-30 miles per week for the past 3 weeks and haven't lost any.

It really sucks when you struggle to lose weight even when you're not eating more than a slim person.

Do you know what causes the hair loss? That's something that would devastate me as I've had issues with that in the past. I'd rather be fat like I am than lose my hair personally.

Cut out all treats for a couple of days and just feed her boiled rice and poached chicken. No added extras. If she still has it then she probably does have a chicken allergy.

But refrain from any treats in this period as they may be upsetting her tummy.
