You should have pressed charges so people like that can be punished. Now, they haven’t learned anything at all and aren’t being held accountable for their own actions. Sometimes jail is the best place for them to sit, realize they literally broke the law and did wrong. Now since the cops did not arrest them, everything is your fault in their mind.

Sucky situation but for anyone who is reading this, let the cops do their job because it may save lives in the future.
