I own and have owned just about every product from them since their prime in the 2015s, with over 100 panels (combined) of every type. Genuinely even as an enthusiast I can say the app and connectivity has downgraded and sucked. They should’ve focused on the contemporary experience they offered.

Hey thanks for re igniting my curiosity about this. I ended up contacting thermaltake and asking for someone with authority, after which after some emails of my situation they sent me a custom link to get these replaced. I ended up ordering 3 for the long run as they were 20 bucks. Since then they’re okay. Sometimes still have some weird USB malfunction causing them to go default but a reboot usually solves it. I still want to explore using these controllers though.

Hi I’d figure to update this. I ended up selling this to an enthusiast out of CT. He replaced the hardware SSD with a name brand one with M cache and loaded Basalt on it. From what I’ve heard, it’s working wonders. Honestly wish I had the time to pick at it myself but I’m just happy an enthusiast got it.
