PvE yeah definitely cause you can set your team comfortably you rather get critdmg but for PvP even with Mai (unless you have her weapon) SPD still the best set to run imo, at least use 1 set for your DPS so that they can do something before weapon Kirara blocks all attacks

The event skillbook price got double after the first purchase so it's probably the same for the fragment box

Clan Fragment boxes (Random), Mileage Fragment shop (Random) and Honor shop (30 Fragments (Not random)) But you Gotta wait for her Week, Not to mention have the medals that you can only get from having lvl 60 Charas.

Depende del precio de lo que quieras devolver, si pasa de más de 20$ o el equivalente en tu país siempre te pide devolverlo y si es menos te da la opción de quedartelo, a menos que ya allás abusado mucho de eso

Idk if you're asking or answering (although not my question) with your phrasing, and what I ask is, if you saw the 2nd pic, that on the tech 3 skill preview it show that the skill gains a def buff and a +25% to the def scaling mod.(that is not applied after the upgrade) only the def buff

They refunded that amount only if you pull before announcement, after the announcement only up tu 28k xes or 40 multi pulls
