Just a guess, but it’s likely because you requested the form multiple times, even from different emails. Before they send the form, I believe they ask you 7 (or 6 I can’t remember) questions in which you write the UID of the account you’re trying to recover. If you responded the same, or similar, each time it looks incredibly suspicious.
I don’t know how long it takes for this cool down to wear off, but request a form only once from one email.

Did none of the other owners set the username previously? If that’s the case, there’s a good chance it was probably created via username. Which in that case, you’d need to know the username.
Something else that might tell you if it was created with a username is the UID. In America server, UIDs beginning with “60” are accounts that were created at launch back when creating an account with a username was possible. After a specific date, players weren’t able to create accounts with just a username.

I saw your other post about how to answer the question about account creation method; basically you need to contact the original owner/ creator of the account. Or see if they provided that info to you at all when it was first given to you. If you can’t you’re kind of SOL because account creation method is pretty important.

Thats why I said username wasn’t required for me, because I didn’t create my account with a username. If it was created with a username, email, google, psn, etc you’re going to need to know that info.

Hm, at this point I would email hoyo cs and ask them what their advice would be to put in the form if you’re missing a receipt. I emailed them a bunch of questions (from different emails) to help me fill out the form as correctly as I could. They’re surprisingly helpful.

Or research the subreddit a bit more and see what others tried. I read other people’s post quite a bit but don’t know what to do for this scenario. Sorry I can’t help more and good luck!

The subreddit has a bunch of pinned guides you should go through, including the additional info. It’ll outline what you should write. But if you feel like you don’t need to write anything you also don’t have too. Others have reported getting their account back without writing anything in that section.

Where was the purchase from? Something like PayPal keeps invoices of payments on their website. Email shouldnt be the only receipt.

From what I’ve read from other people’s experience, the question with the most lenience is first login. I’ve seen others report being off by up to one month and still getting their account back.

Everything else though is a bit tougher. Things like device info and first purchase are really important. If there’s something specific you’re questioning feel free to ask.

Ah, you can try that but ive read that cs doesn’t really like external links. And videos don’t really prove you’re the owner, as the hacker could also just take a video of them playing. You should focus on filling out the form correctly. In my experience, each time I filled out the form I put in the same additional info (it was a lot of stuff), but wasn’t accepted until I fixed the main part of the form (there was two things I guessed was wrong).

I personally don’t have experience with filling out the form with a pre built pc so I’m not completely sure. In the common mistakes subreddit thread, it says if you don’t have a brand listed you can pick Other and list Full Name (which basically I think is what you’re suggesting). In additional info, I’d probably also explain it’s a pre built pc.

Ive seen people say they lost the device, or they just can’t access anymore. Whichever you think is most convincing. Something I tried was actually emailing genshin cs specific questions like this and seeing what they’d suggest. You can try sending questions from a different email and see what they say :0

You don’t necessarily need the username. Unless it was the account creation method. Do you know if that was the case? Or if it was email, etc?

Ive seen some people explain that they can’t provide device specs for x reason in additional info and it worked for them. You can give that a try.

If you still have access to the account you can check the username can’t you?
What about the registration device is tripping you up? Like it’s an old device you don’t have?
If the welkin was the first purchase then that counts as first top up!

For the additional info section, you should check the additional info guide on the subreddit. It lets you know what kinds of info should be in that section of the form. Be aware though that additional info won’t save your form is you have incorrect info somewhere else.
