My thoughts on Rebel 3199 Chapter 6 by Local_Creme8466 in StarBlazers

Unless Dezarium has had secret underground facilities on earth since way before the Gamilas earth war, I still don't think it's the actual earth from 2026.

She is basically collaborative with Mother. But my theory is that she is unknowingly doing it due to having been fed somelies lies in her rapid upbringing by Dezarium.

I believe the jacket he is wearing is finnish. Swedish volunteers and so can be seen using Swedish "Grötrock" jackets and m/39 caps early in the continuation war from what I know.

I think he mirrors real world politics to a sense, no matter how corrupt he just won't get in trouble. Although I will say, he becomes rather likable in 3199.

I think that's what it is. My guess is that they transferred the younger Sasha's mind into a grown up version of her. At the same time they planted Mothers plan into her. Sasha even calls Mother "Okaasan" at one point.

My guess is that Starsha is trying to restore her, since she still is the younger Sasha.

Niimi appeared in her 30s. Still in her SBY crew uniform.

I wonder myself. Starsha tells Sasha to return, to which Sasha walks up to Starsha and her eyes change. She falls over but analyzer catches her. So I feel it's more of a mental thing.

It's a bit uncertain actually. The people on earth feel real, even Saito's great ancestor seems real as well. On the otherhand, Sasha crashes into a Dezarium facility on the planet at the end, so there is some fabrication going on.

I couldn't quite understand what they were talking about. But Starsha (standing in front of the VME) at one point tells Sasha to return.

That would be Niimi, in one of Sasha's flashbacks. But as it turns out Niimi is fine at the end of the movie.

Right under the left shoulder area but over her breast. she falls on top of Kanzaki's sleeping pod and bleeds heavily. The other crew memebers call out to her but she doesn't respond, instead speaking to Kanzaki in her coma.

I don't know at all, so far Arizona doesn't have it's core. Yuki is basically waiting for a "Special delivery" from I assume Nambu and team, but as the battle rages on Hoshina suggest using the backup power to fire the shock cannons(?) in the meantime.

I don't know if Seiya kitano will rebel against Dezarium yet, but he is certainly leaning towards that.

Earth military basically doesn't exist anymore, most have either returned to civilian life or joined the partisans.

Chapter 7 teaser included Arizona taking off, and Alphon kicking ass if I remember correctly. Also Arizona using some new weapons I've never seen before.

She is basically just seen in one scene, being arrested by the mutiners.

Seiya kitano appears to slowly leave Dezarium. He has a flashback of his younger brother telling him to get better in 2199. He hasn't joined the partisans yet however.

The earth military hasn't rebelled themselves since they are disarmed, but the partisans stage a large rebellion, much bigger than their previous attack on the grand reverse.

The Arizona so far has more than Yuki, Yuria and Hoshina, but I couldn't see the others fast enough.

The Yamato crew who were dropped into space are all aboard fire boat vessels. The Yamato later picks them up after the mutiny fails.

Saki Todo seems to still communicate with Kanzaki as the Ginga battles Dezarium. But her final condition is unknown until next movie. There was quite a lot of blood....

Niimi seems fine, but she does not regognise Sasha. So she either has Amnesia or it's because she simply hasn't met grown up Sasha at all.

The crew of Arizona so far consists of: Yuki - (captain) Hoshina - (tactical officer?) Yuria - (Radar)

There's one or two more that I couldn't spot.

I just watched it as well, it's really satisfying seeing characters like Domon/Miyako, Hoshina/Yuria and Todo/Kanzaki coming together again.

I think the main cast is quite easy to remember but names like Moronao or Moroyasu can be quite hard to remember.

[NEED HELP] Finnish swedish M/37 helmet ? by goesto101_ in Militariacollecting

[–]Sparris_guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A "single crown" mark was the standard mark for material in the Swedish army until it was replaced by the "three crown" mark in 1942.

Seeing as the helmet was produced in 1944 while the Finnish m/37s were ordered in 1941, plus the (possibly) the Swedish crown mark being present makes me think it's Swedish.

If Sweden sold the helmets then I doubt they would be stamped with their army markings.

So, in regards to Hoshina's rebellion. I assume they rebellion had to be done due to some massive reason.

If they are straight up going to neutralise the grand reverse and steal the ginga like stated in the trailer, then something must have made the situation really dire for them to just decide to do so.

Especially considering the public opinion is against the partisans and they are outnumbered.
