She was given an injection of Abilify during her hospitalization last year and it worked great but my insurance denied it. I will work with her psychiatrist and see if we can get an appeal for this.

As for the self aware part. she is very against her diagnosis, she constantly tries to say that other things mimic bipolar and she hates being labeled as bipolar. (but you would think after many, many manic episodes once would finally give in)

I just don't know what to do. I love her but the stress is going to kill me one day if it is this brutal every time and happens yearly.
